Kim’s Cowl

Size: 5″ tall x 22″ around

Yarn:  This is perfect pattern for hand spun worsted weight. I used about 3.4 oz/ 240 yards

Gauge: 8 stitches and 11 rows = 2 inches in pattern stitch

Tools: US size 7 needles.

Techniques: Knit and purl stitches. Pattern is both written and charted.

Construction: This cowl is worked back and forth the short way. You can use either a provisional cast on and kitchener stitch the two ends together, or regular cast on and seam the ends.
